At Mint Prints NZ, every item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply no longer want the item.

We only accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mintprintsnz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.

If the return is approved, we will offer either:

- A replacement of the same item, or

- A refund to your original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
